That's just what two local businessmen had in mind when they started Gotti's Grinders.

In 2001, these Gotti's guys traveled all over to find the best sandwich shop and use the best of the best in their new venture. The original and ultimate grinders (warm, large, submarine-style sandwiches) are from the Northeast, but there were no fast casual grinder shops anywhere.

Until now...

Armed with their newly found knowledge, Tom and his business partner set out to find a location and ended up on Sam's Drive in Chesapeake, Virginia. Gotti's Grinders was born in February 2003.

Our formula is simple, but its execution is not - provide the best oven-baked grinders in an upscale fast casual setting with friendly team members, constantly test new menu items and taste test to improve current ones, and have the safest and cleanest restaurants possible.

We feel that we have the best guests in the industry - you expect not only the finest service and highest quality product, but also a family environment and a true value for money.
